Online job search workshop 1: Assessment of motivation and competencies - the cornerstones of career well-being and effective job search

The career paths within life science are many and they are very different. Which path is the right one for you? In order to be able to make good career choices, it is crucial both to be aware of what motivates and drives you in your working life, and to be able to put into words what kind of core competencies you have to offer an employer.

In this workshop, we provide you with tools to map and put into words what you are good at (competencies) and what drives you (motivation). These are the corner stones of a good and efficient job search process and - in the long term - career well-being.

The workshop is held by Pharmadanmark's career counselors with deep insight into the life science industry.
