Mid-term time out; Revitalise your mentor-mentee relationship and get inspired to work with career directions.

Time to get inspired in your mentor-mentee relation. In this workshop we will revitalize your mentor-mentee relation by revisiting some of the tools from the kick-off session and by looking into the motivators of the mentees: What truly motivates you and how does that match the opportunities in the organization, in which you work? Hence, we will be working with the Decision Dynamics Model, in order to give you a common language when working with career directions. Mentor and mentee will get time to debate and practice the different tools in the session. So, bring your mentor or mentee with you and get some new insights to your work.

You can participate with your mentor-mentee partner - or by yourself.

Parkering / parking

You can park in the basement and get a validation ticket from Pharmadanmark. Contact Hanne upon arrival at the meeting or during a break to get your ticket.

When entering the parking lot in the basement, you will draw a ticket. When you exit, you must first insert the ticket you have drawn and then the validation ticket.

Please be AWARE to turn off the EasyPark camera recognition (if you have the app), otherwise you will be paying via the app.

Availability provided it is also possible to park for free in front of Codanhus. You need to register your number plate at the reception desk before 5pm. 

After the 3 hours you must switch on Easypark or use the vending machine in the parking lot to register your parking.
